Membership
The Tamby Foods Loyalty Program is available to customers who register their details and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Membership is free.
Earning Rewards
Members earn loyalty rewards based on eligible purchases made at Tamby Foods Outlet in Ivanhoe only. Purchases made at our retail stockists are not valid. For every $200 spent, members receive a $10 reward to use on a future purchase. Only purchases made using the member’s registered loyalty account can be counted towards their loyalty balance.
Redeeming Rewards
- A $10 reward becomes available once the member reaches $200 in eligible purchases.
- Rewards can be redeemed once the amount has been reached.
- Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for cash.
- Rewards cannot be used to purchase gift cards or other excluded items.
- Rewards cannot be combined with other loyalty rewards unless otherwise specified by Tamby Foods.
Returns & Refunds
If a purchase that contributed towards a loyalty reward is returned or refunded, Tamby Foods may adjust or remove the loyalty points/reward earned from that purchase.
Loyalty Account
Members are responsible for providing their correct details and ensuring their loyalty account is used when making purchases. Loyalty rewards cannot be transferred between customers or accounts. If a customer believes their loyalty balance is incorrect, they should contact Tamby Foods and provide their details and relevant purchase information.
Expiry of Rewards
Unless otherwise stated, loyalty rewards do not expire. Tamby Foods reserves the right to introduce an expiry period in the future, with reasonable notice provided to members.
Changes to the Program
Tamby Foods reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue the Loyalty Program, including the way rewards are earned or redeemed, at any time. Where reasonably possible, members will be given notice of significant changes.
Misuse of the Program
Tamby Foods reserves the right to suspend or cancel a loyalty membership where there is suspected fraud, misuse of the program, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Privacy
Personal information collected as part of the Loyalty Program will be handled in accordance with Tamby Foods’ Privacy Policy. By joining the Tamby Foods Loyalty Program, members agree to these Terms & Conditions.
